Return Policy

If you’re not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we will make every effort to resolve any issue you are having with your order. If you refuse our efforts to make things right and still request a refund, we will be happy to do so under the following conditions. Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned unless there is a manufacturer defect. The return process must be started within ten (10) days of the delivered product.

Once your refund is approved, and we accept delivery of your return, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). How long it takes to receive your refund depends entirely on your card issuer’s policies and not American Tactical Arms.

American Tactical Arms will not issue a refund if:

• The damage/defect was caused to the product as result of an improper installation or usage
• The damage/defect was caused by an alternation of the product by the owner or third party
• The damage/defect was caused by warranty work done by someone other than American Tactical Arms
• All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
