American Tactical Arms will warranty factory-built Glock parts against defects in material or workmanship for the lifetime of the original purchaser. We agree to correct any defect in the part(s) for the original purchaser by repair or replacement with the same or comparable quality components at American Tactical Arms discretion, provided that the part(s) are returned and freight prepaid to American Tactical Arms at 301 W Silver Star Rd, Ocoee, FL, 34786.
This limited warranty is null and void if the firearm homing the part(s) has been misused, damaged, or fired with hand loaded, reloaded or improper ammunition that does not correlate with SAAMI specifications. Failure to perform reasonable and necessary maintenance will void the warranty. Firing a gun with an obstruction in the barrel will void the warranty. Any repairs or modifications to the part(s) (including cosmetic), if not performed by American Tactical Arms, will void the warranty. This limited warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear, and does not apply to any accessory items attached to the firearm or the firearm itself.
This limited warranty is exclusive to the original purchaser of the part(s) and is not transferable to any other person. In no event shall American Tactical Arms be liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising from or in connection with this limited warranty.
